Terms of Service
By purchasing or using a XeScripts Supporter Pass, you accept the terms below in full. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout.
1. What you are buying
The XeScripts Supporter Pass is a one-time, non-recurring contribution that funds development and grants access to community perks: a Discord supporter role, supporter-only channels, custom hub themes, early changelog access, and a credit on the Supporters wall. The pass is not a software licence and does not include any third-party software, account, or service.
2. Lifetime of Product only
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the XeScripts community and infrastructure, not the buyer's lifetime. The supporter role and associated perks remain active for as long as XeScripts continues to operate. If XeScripts ceases operation, is shut down, or is materially restructured, the pass terminates with no refund or credit owed.
3. No refunds — all sales final
The Supporter Pass is a digital perk delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. By completing checkout you waive any right to a refund, partial refund, credit, exchange, or chargeback. This includes but is not limited to:
- Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or accidental purchase
- Inability to use the perks (Discord account banned, server access lost)
- Discontinuation of XeScripts (see §2)
- Dissatisfaction with perk content or community direction
If your supporter role does not activate, open a Discord ticket within 48 hours quoting your payment reference. We will fix activation; we will not refund.
4. Chargebacks & payment disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support results in:
- Immediate revocation of the supporter role
- Permanent ban from the XeScripts Discord server
- Reporting to the payment processor under supplier/compliance terms
- Potential collection action for any losses incurred
5. Eligibility
You must be the lawful holder of the payment method used. By purchasing you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
6. Conduct & revocation
The supporter role may be revoked without refund if you:
- Are banned from the Discord server for breaking community rules
- Initiate a fraudulent chargeback
- Use the role to harass, dox, or harm other members
- Share, sell, or transfer the role to another account
7. Discord boost-based supporter access
Members who actively boost the XeScripts Discord server with Discord Nitro receive supporter perks at no additional cost as a thank-you. This benefit is conditional:
- Perks are active only while the boost is active. When you stop boosting, or your Nitro lapses, the supporter role is automatically revoked.
- Limit: one boost-based supporter key per Discord account. Multiple boosts from the same account do not stack.
- The boost-based key has the same HWID-locking and rate-limit restrictions as paid keys.
- This benefit may be modified or discontinued without notice. Boost-based access is a courtesy, not a purchase, and is governed by Discord's own boosting terms in addition to ours.
If you want a permanent supporter pass that does not depend on continued boosting, purchase the Lifetime Supporter Pass instead (see §1-3).
8. Transferability
Passes are tied to the Discord account that opens the support ticket and are non-transferable. If you change Discord accounts, open a ticket and we will move the role at most once per quarter at our discretion.
9. Disclaimer of warranty
The Supporter Pass perks are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantee of uptime, availability of specific Discord features, or continued existence of the community. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the pass is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Discord server and on this page. Continued use of supporter perks after a change constitutes acceptance. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, except where superseded by a stricter no-refund clause.
