Why Support
Purchase FAQ
What exactly am I buying?
A lifetime XeScripts key plus a permanent Discord supporter role. The key skips the 24-hour Linkvertise cycle and is HWID-locked to your device. The role grants access to supporter-only Discord channels.
How do I receive my role?
After payment confirms, you are redirected to a confirmation page with your payment reference. Open a Discord ticket and quote that reference — we grant the supporter role manually within 24 hours. Roles are tied to the Discord account that opens the ticket.
Refund policy — No refunds, ever
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final the moment payment confirms. Supporter passes are digital perks delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunded, or partially credited. If your role does not activate, open a Discord ticket within 48 hours and we will fix the activation — we do not refund.
Is checkout safe?
Payments use a secure hosted checkout. We never see your card or wallet details. The XeScripts site only receives a confirmation reference once payment clears.
Can I transfer my pass?
Passes are tied to the Discord account that completes the purchase and are non-transferable. If you change Discord accounts, open a ticket and we will move the role once per quarter.
Terms & Conditions
Read the full documents: Terms of Service · Privacy Policy. Summary below; the full pages govern in case of conflict.
What this purchase is. The Lifetime Supporter Pass is a one-time payment that grants a lifetime XeScripts key plus a permanent Discord supporter role. The key is HWID-locked and skips the 24-hour Linkvertise cycle. Pass duration is Lifetime of the Product only — the lifetime of XeScripts as an operating service, not the buyer's lifetime.
Eligibility. You must be the lawful holder of the payment method used. By purchasing you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
No refunds. All sales final. Supporter passes are non-refundable digital perks delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. By completing checkout you waive any right to a refund, partial refund, or credit. Activation issues raised within 48 hours via Discord ticket will be resolved (re-assigned role, fixed perks) but will not be refunded. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate revocation of the supporter role and a permanent Discord server ban.
Privacy. Payment method details are handled by our checkout infrastructure. We store only your Discord ID and a payment reference for fulfilment. Data requests under GDPR and CCPA can be made via Discord ticket.
Conduct. Supporter status may be revoked without refund if you are banned from the Discord server for breaking community rules, attempt to charge back fraudulently, or use the supporter role to harass other members.
No prohibited goods. This purchase complies with processor and platform compliance requirements. We do not sell prohibited goods.
Secure hosted checkout. Digital perk, fulfilled instantly. Prices in USD.
